Upcoming Movie ' The Scorch Trials ' to Be Different from Novel..

When books are translated onto the big screen, there are often parts that are changed from the original content found in the book. This holds true for the upcoming “Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials.

The Scorch Trials by James Dashner
The Maze Runner” came out in 2014 and grossed more than $102 million. Wes Ball has directed both installments of “Maze Runner,” so far. Phase two “Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials” hits theaters Sept. 18.

Dylan O'Brien, who plays Thomas, talked to screen rant about what might be different in the new movie compared to the actual book. O'Brien said the relationship between Thomas and Teresa (Kaya Scodelario) is slightly different, as the telepathy storyline never made it into the film.

He added that Brenda (Rosa Salazar) and Thomas' relationship will also grow in the movie because the situation they will go through together will bring them closer.

Title :A Force of Nature
Author : Dan McEwen
Page Count : 196 pages

Plot Synopsis:  Part ghost story, part treasure hunt, part romance, A Force of Nature is all entertainment!!

Do you believe in Fate? Would you recognize it if it was happening to you? Then you'll want to meet Toronto PR guru Claire Chandler. She grew up convinced greatness awaited her. Why else had she survived a series of bizarre childhood tragedies? Yet she doesn't see what's coming when she journeys north on a long weekend in August to Bay Harbour, a post-card pretty tourist town on the edge of Canada's popular Georgian Bay vacationlands. She thinks she's there to reconnect with a former mentor. But Chandler's chilling affinity for the “unnatural and unexplained”, a macabre “gift” that once made her a freak of nature to classmates, will make her a force of Nature. Shadowed by a ghostly white wolf and haunted by the victims of a long-dead killer, she'll discover a startling new ending to a fifty year-old mystery. She'll also discover romance with Tom Katz, an affable, treasure-hunting bush pilot with a reputation for living up to his name. They're an unlikely pair and Chandler thinks it's just a summer fling. Instead, a series of white-knuckle adventures will bring them to a time, a place and a choice that will forever link their lives.

Book Review :

A Force of Nature was a brilliant, fast paced and well written novel from beginning to end. I don't usually read this genre but found that I enjoyed this mystery immensely.

Claire and Tom were both strong characters and I loved reading the different plot angles that led to the ultimate finale. This engaging story unfolded in the midst of danger, adventure and romance which I would recommend to anyone who enjoys Mystery/Supernatural.

Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2 Update..

*Possible Spoilers Ahead*

Fans of the Hunger Games are filled with excitement and sadness as the release of Mockingjay Part 2 approaches as this will be the last movie of the franchise which began in 2008."Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2" based on Suzanne Collins' bestselling book series will be released on November 20, 2015.

Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins

The upcoming movie will be markedly different from the first movie according to director Francis Lawrence. "It's thematically very different. ['Mockingjay - Part 1'] was about the manipulation of media and propaganda, and this one is a real war movie. Very quickly, we're getting out from the confines of District 13 and back out into the rest of Panem, including the Capitol. It's a very different kind of landscape," the director said.

If the full length trailer is any indication, fans are going to thoroughly enjoy the upcoming movie. The previous movie was much simpler as it focused on the set up of the war, featuring propaganda and fake fights. However, this time around, the war is actually happening as Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) brings the fight directly to the evil President Snow's (Donald Sutherland) front door.

Harper Lee's 'Go Set a Watchman' Flying of The Shelves!

Local libraries have weeks-long waiting lists for the book, which was written before “To Kill a Mockingbird” but never published until July 14.

According to publisher HarperCollins, “Watchman” was written first and contained flashbacks to Scout’s childhood. An editor asked Lee to write a novel based on the flashbacks. That novel became the classic and well-loved “To Kill a Mockingbird.”

“Go Set a Watchman” unfolds when Scout, now grown-up and known by her given name, Jean Louise, returns to Alabama from New York City to visit her ailing father, attorney Atticus Finch.
While Atticus was viewed as an open-minded hero in the first book, many readers of the justreleased novel have been stunned to learn that he is portrayed as a bigot.

Barnes & Noble said in a statement that first-day sales of “Go Set a Watchman” surpassed sales of all other adult trade fiction books in the bookseller’s history.

Based on current sales, the company said that “Go Set a Watchman” is expected to be its best selling book of 2015.

Harper Collins printed over 2 million copies of “Watchman,” and said in a statement that the book has spurred the strongest presales in the company’s history.

Harry Potter Series Spinoff to be Released in 2016...

More than a few fans were sad to see the Harry Potter series end, even with the satisfying conclusion. However, it’s not the end of the magical world of Harry Potter, thanks to a new film adapted from one of the fictional textbooks used at Hogwarts called Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. There wasn’t much mentioned in the series about this book, but it’s soon becoming a movie, and here’s what we know about it so far.

It looks like the setting will take place 70 years before Harry’s years at Hogwarts, and the story is going Stateside. A lot of the action is going to take place during the jazz age in New York.
It will follow the adventures of Newt Scamander, a famous magizoologist. You might remember that name from Rowling’s books in 2001. Scamander’s portrait also hung in Dumbledore’s study in the film version.

The screenplay is being written by J.K. Rowling herself, which is very exciting for fans of the series, and the cast is quickly coming together. Oscar-winning Eddie Redmayne is cast as Scamander, and Katherine Waterson (Inherent Vice) will play Porpentina, nicknamed Tina, who is Newt’s love interest. Tina’s sister will be played by Alison Sudol.

The newest member of the cast will be Colin Farrell, who just signed on to play a wizard from New York named Graves. Other cast members include Ezra Miller and Dan Fogler.

This will be the first of three films that Warner Bros wants to produce, all of them with J.K. Rowling at the helm. However, we still have a bit of a wait for the first Harry Potter spinoff, which won’t be out until November 2016.

If You Liked The Longest Ride by Nicholas Sparks, You’ll Enjoy…

Carrie I’ve been in love with Jacob Blake since he picked me up in his strong arms. He held me close and promised me everything would be okay. I knew then, I had met the man who would own my heart forever. I was five years old.
As the years went by, the need and longing for Jacob only increased—at least on my side. Jacob has never seen me as more than his kid sister’s best friend. I’ve spent my life chasing after Jacob and trying to make him see I’m more than just his sister’s little friend. I never dreamed that by trying to show Jacob how much I loved him, I would also destroy him. One night...one night that held so much promise, but ultimately destroyed the man I love and broke him in so many pieces, that I don’t know if he can be mended back together. Jacob “Dancer” Blake I’m finally home.

Out of the hell hole I had been trapped in since killing another man. With the thrust of my knife everything changed. That night I ended two lives, the scum who had been trying to rape my little sister’s friend... and my own.

The other man got the easier out. I live and breathe in a hell I’ll never escape. My brothers look at me with pity in their eyes. It cuts my insides out. There’s trouble in the club, trouble all around us and I have to get my head straight. I have to be able to help them. Trouble is, I can’t even help myself. I just keep piling the mistakes up. Carrie just might be my biggest mistake yet. Now it’s another night that’s haunting me--a night that I keep repeating even if I shouldn’t. I’m so trapped in the darkness that I can’t stop myself from going back because she is light. She wants to save me.

You can’t save something as lost as I am. I’m going to destroy her. I’ve warned her. Now I’ll show her.

It was an innocent mistake… All workaholic real estate broker Addison Andrews wanted was one night of pleasure, and picking the right guy was no different than shopping from a catalog thanks to the dating app on her phone. His name was Wilder, and his profile was blank – just a sexy picture of a man who promised every wicked intention of a one-night stand. T

he agreement was simple. One night. No last names. But the second their bodies melded together in the sheets of their posh Manhattan hotel room, there was no denying they fit together like two pieces of a broken puzzle. There’s just one problem… Addison unknowingly swiped right on the one man she wasn’t supposed to be with – her new stepbrother. All it takes is one bite of forbidden fruit to become addicted, but being with him has major consequences for their entire family. And if anyone found out about them, the career she worked so hard to build would crumble to the ground. But Wilder Van Cleef doesn’t care about the possibility of a scandal. He wants her, and he’s willing to do whatever it takes.

Whore. Slut. Typhoid Mary.
I’ve been called all these at Central College. One drunken night, one act of irresponsible behavior, and my reputation was ruined. Guys labeled me as easy and girls shied away. To cope, I stayed away from Central social life and away from Central men, so why is it that my new biology lab partner is so irresistible to me?
He’s everything I shouldn’t want. A former Marine involved in illegal fighting with a quick trigger temper and an easy smile for all the women. His fists aren’t the danger to me, though, it’s his charm. He’s sliding his way into my heart and I’m afraid that he’s going to be the one to break me.

Impulsive. Unthinking. Hot tempered.
I allow instinct to rule my behavior. If it feels good, do it, has been my motto because if I spend too much time thinking, I’ll begin to remember exactly where I came from. At Central College, I’ve got fighting and I’ve got women and I thought I was satisfied until I met her.
She’s everything I didn’t realize I wanted and the more time I spend with her, the more I want her. But she’s been hurt too much in the past and I don’t want to be the one to break her. I know I should walk away, but I just can’t.
This is a New Adult novel featuring mature situations and sexually explicit scenes.
